Admin Assistant

Job description

You will assist the Admin team with supportive tasks and will have a great chance to prove yourself and grow within the company. Your duties

  • Handle incoming and outgoing invoices and other documents
  • Manage and order office supplies
  • Assist in organizing company trips, events and other HR activities
  • Manage work safety and fire protection journal and organize instructions for all employees
  • Assist with office management (renovation, improvements, manage suppliers, help finding solutions etc.)
  • Assist with reporting and dashboards


Desired skills and experience

  • Fluent in English and Latvian
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or you are a student able to work full-time
  • Attention to detail and high sense of responsibility
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive mindset
  • A technical (preferably) and analytical mind
  • Very good with Google Docs
  • Ability to work in a very dynamic and fast growing environment
  • Positive attitude and fun to work with
  • B category driver’s license
