Channel Sales Manager for Middle East/Oceania/Asia

Job description

At the moment we are looking for an enthusiastic channel (partner) sales manager for a full-time role working with Arabic, Asian and Oceania market. You have to be a self-starter who is FLUENT in English with experience in B2B sales. Knowledge and experience with channel sales would be considered as advantage. You have to be positive, outgoing, passionate about sales and communication. Willingness to work in a fast paced agile startup environment is one of the key components to succeed in this role. International Expats are welcomed as we do conduct our work in English.

Your job

  • Be in charge of Catchbox partners in assigned countries (primary the Middle East, Asia and Oceania)
  • Research the market, sign on new reseller partners (VARs, AV Integrators and Rental companies)
  • Participate in Sales development in developed and emerging markets
  • Onboard partners, train them and prepare for sales in their area
  • Build and maintain close relationships with new and existing channel partners
  • Proactively work with the channel partners
  • Participate with ideas on how to develop and improve our sales processes and structure
  • Be available for travel and to attend expos (up to 20% of the time)
  • Working hours for this position, but not limited, will be 06:00 – 15:00 or 07:00 – 16:00

Qualification and Skills

  • Fluent English. Other languages such as German, French, Spanish, and Italian will be considered as a plus
  • At least 1-2 year track record in B2B / Channel sales. International experience preferred
  • Winning attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing or related subjects required
  • Creative, flexible personality and not afraid to take on the responsibility
  • Ability to learn and adjust on the go
  • Google docs wizard (Google sheets, slides and docs)
  • You are fun to work with
