Shipping Address and Notifications
During the checkout process, we will ask you to fill out the address you wish your products to be shipped to. When a purchase is made, you will be notified via email the details of your purchase including your specified Shipping Address. Changes to these shipping details can be made by email before an item is shipped. Another email will be sent once an order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
We use registered international courier companies to fulfill and ship orders placed by customers. Most orders are shipped by FedEx.
Delivery Time and Order Processing
While the company strives to ship products as fast as we can and gives informative shipping estimates , it makes no guarantees and will accept no liability nor honor any claim towards ruminative action stemming from a longer time-to-ship (Time-to-ship refers to the time period between the order placement and the handing of the product over to the carrier for transport). The company is also not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities. In the case of Pre-orders or back ordered products, the company retains the right to extend expected delivery time due to unforeseen consequences.
Order Editing and Cancellation
When an order is submitted and paid, it is routed to production right away, and the fulfillment process of your cover is started. Always make sure the uploaded custom logo files and everything else on the order is just as you need it to be before the order confirmation and payment.
-If your order contains a standard cover, you can cancel the order for a full refund before the order has been shipped.
-If your order contains a custom cover and it’s confirmed and paid, your order is already in production and unfortunately can’t be requested for cancellation.
No changes can be done in the logo files or other ordered product parameters after the order is submitted on our website and paid. Once an order is submitted, you can edit only the Shipping Address before the order is shipped. For order canceling or shipping address change requests, please get in touch with our Customer Support team via live chat on our website or write to [email protected] and share the correct shipping address for the order.
All refunds for canceled orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days after the cancellation (depending on the payment method that was used).
Available shipping destinations may vary by product. Available shipping destinations are shown on the specific product pages and during the checkout process. Customers will not be able to purchase products that need to be shipped to addresses beyond those given as choices. We reserve the right to cancel orders and give a full refund to customers if for some reason shipping cannot be carried out to a given address.
Our shipping charges are determined by the subtotal EUR/USD amount of the order as well as the final destination of your order. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Every product shipped by us is insured up to its full purchase price. It is our responsibility to pursue any claim with the carrier. Please note that this is only applicable to the original shipment from our warehouse to the customer and not for subsequent shipments.
Taxes, Import Fees and Customs
All products are shipped from Latvia. Any products that are shipped to countries outside of Latvia or the EU may be subject to additional import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees") which may not be shown in the purchase price when an item is bought. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.
